When You Was With Me by darkshard0

When you was with me we use to cuddle but now your gone from my arms forever.

When you was with me we would play hide-n-seek together but you moved away.

When you was with me we made cookies together now they're rotten.

When you was with me we got married and lived alone.

When you was with me we would sit near the fire place and sing to each other.

Now you are gone and you left me alone.

You promised to me that you will stay by my side.

It's lonesome with out you to sing with me. Baking is not the same without you to hug me.

The bed feel so empty without you to cuddle with

Its dark without you here my love so can I join you for this last hug?

When you was with me we was so happy.

Summer, and the last day of school was long behind me and it is the first day of summer. The sun peered into my window hitting the clean tan colored carpet that came across the rest of the floor. The window was opened to the world with the frames of pure white paint, the faint clear curtains danced from the light humid wind. I was placed in a chair and desk, the desk was also painted white for the base color but a paisley design of the color of grey printed on the side of the desk. I remembered my sister and I were deciding of what to paint, well at least she decided what I should paint.
I sat in an awkward position with my black boots propped on top of the desk, my shoulders slouched and sucked into the chair like the rest of my body. My Right hand was occupied by a black and blue pen with a chipped clip on the side, I kept twirling the broken pen while I stare at the blank boring paper on my new laptop that I got for my 15th birthday trying to figure out what to type for the school paper of summer breakPeople still like my articles even in summer when school is not around to spread the gossip. I also keep getting requests for them to be put in the newspaper and them telling stories all the time.
I tilted my head to the left while hearing a faint crack in the processes, my black hair in a lose bun is now untangling and strips of hair hanging hopelessly in the air. I sighed my breath letting out stress for no sign of a good story for a week, I then tilted my head to the right hearing yet again another faint crack. Well maybe if I go out I would have a better chance of having a good story to put in, instead of sitting here all day like a slum.
As the thoughts finally gathered and decided of where I should go and search desperately for a story. I could go to Drake's lacrosse game, or not because his team is almost everything but good sportsmanship. The team is pretty much the snotty team in all of California with all their smart mouth remarks to the other team, weather they lose or win there's no stopping them. God, help me. I sat up properly my boot flung off the desk and on to the carpet with a small thud, I cautiously got up I walked over to my hanging rack, gripped the bottom of the light blue bag that holds my camera inside and tugged it toward my them lifted it up for the handle to slip off the hanger. I slung the blue bag over my shoulder and started to leave the empty room and as once as I turned on the knob and opened the door witch led to a hallway and strait ahead was the living room.
I heard strange noises escaping the room and witch sounded like the news, and as I came closer to the door witch was left slightly opened.
" Welcome back to World wide News, the topic today won't be pleasing,  Terrorist are plotting to go against America and bomb them but if they do succeed in the process then the countries associated with America or have an alliance with the country will perish the same way as America," "Is this threat big enough for the President to hear or just like the other threats we receive in our daily lives and don't bother with."
After hearing such report my eyes widen as I burst into the room to only find my mom up on her feet her eyes filled surprise and fear.
"My God Jeynn! Its five in the Moring! What are you doing up in this hour!" My mother let out a small laugh filled with relief knowing it was just me and not some intruder. I let a smile take over my small lips. Her eyes then darted to my bag and her scared expression faded into a scowl.
"Jeynn, where are you going? You are never up this early," Her voice was low for the others to rest. I still kept my relaxed position notifying her that I'm not sneaking out and casing anyone trouble. I still ad the sly smile pasted on my lips now widening into a grin.
"Just trying to find a story or take photo-" I was cut off quickly by my moms shrill voice but not loud enough to awake the dead.
"Not at this hour young lady! Its still dark!" Her pale finger pointed toward the small window making out the sun peering over the edge of the leafless trees. Sure it is.
"Huh, Its pretty dark, I guess I will go later? I stated but sounded more of a question, I didn't not even looking at my mom but still looking at the sun rising carrying up the pink and orange sky.
I heard a long sigh breathed out from my mom, I finally turned my head to meet the hazel eyes of worry and tiredness.
"How about you watch the news until it is seven and you already had eaten? Hmm? I think that sounds promising." She eyed me with those tired hazel eyes. All I could do is nod and crack a smile over my pink lips. I staggered lazily over to the plain light blue couch that I crashed lazily in, my feet propped up, my shoulder blades relaxed as I slouched and sucked into the couch, and my arms folded lazily over my area of sitting. I felt like I was sitting like there is nothing else in the world entertainment. I heard a sigh of relief escape my mother's pale lips coming from behind.
She sat down with me her eyes never met mine, but her eyes never left the TV's dim light of the news, she looked hypnotized by the screen of light and I didn't want to be lost in the static like her. But I let it, I turned my head to see the Anchor going on about a kidnapping a neighborhood 2 miles from here. Maybe, just maybe I can write about it. I jumped up and stated I was going to make breakfast and offered any to her but shook her head not even taking a glance toward me, but said her thanks as I scurried off scavenging for the food in the wooden cabinets. My fingers delicately traced against the darken boards and found the one on the far left corner while my index finger hooked onto the black knob and pulled it open, showing the ingredients for pancakes.
The smell of freshly baked pancakes danced through the house, I'm not trying to brag but me and my dad were the best cooks in the house, I could make pastries to the fanciest food you could think of. A couple of months ago we held a competition in our kitchen of who was the best cook in the house. It ended with the kitchen looking like it got hit with an atomic bomb, but it was well worth me tying first place with my dad. Yu could see how proud he was with the pride gleaming from his blue eyes and a very wide grin plastered against his face.
